Tactic Group Limited is an unlisted public company incorporated in South Africa during 2003.
Tactic originated when three entrepreneurs with relevant experience in private equity and
venture capital joined to start a new company with the focus to invest in niche growth
areas available to be developed with innovative business models that will ensure adequate
revenue streams.

Tactic is an Investment Holding Company. The main objective of the company has remained
unchanged since incorporation and the company has purposely pursued this objective.
Tactic 's key focus areas are Financial Services, Tourism and Private Equity Investments
for the benefit of Tactic in the SADC region, due to the perceived growth potential of
these sectors within SADC and its impact on SME development.

Tactic has positioned itself as a Black SME through the sale of 39% of the issued shares
in the company to a BEE consortium.
